Recipe Buddy terms of use
Updated October 3, 2026. Recipe Buddy is operated by Wae Fezari, France. Contact: waelfezari@gmail.com. Accept these terms before creating, uploading or sharing content. Use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms; it is not designed for children under 16.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and use an account you control. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits, scrape private content or abuse invitations. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Your content and sharing
You retain rights to recipes and photos you provide. Grant Recipe Buddy the limited permission needed to store, display, translate and process content to deliver features you choose. Upload/share only content you have rights to use; respect source attribution and others’ privacy. A friendship does not share your collection automatically. Recipients may copy information; revocation cannot recall those copies.
Community safety
Do not upload or share illegal content, harassment, threats, hateful abuse, sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse or exploitation, doxxing, fraud, spam, or harmful instructions. Report a chef or recipe using Report; block a chef to end the connection and stop further requests. Reports are reviewed by the operator, who may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users. Contact waelfezari@gmail.com to report urgent issues, raise an appeal or report child safety concerns.
Cooking and Voice Chef
Recipes and coaching are informational. Check ingredients, allergens, temperatures, equipment and food safety yourself. Voice Chef adds general technique context; it cannot inspect food or establish doneness. Follow the original recipe’s quantities and times. Do not rely on voice recognition or timer delivery for safety-critical decisions. Roast mode is optional playful commentary from an original fictional chef personality; it does not impersonate or imply endorsement by a real chef.
AI and availability
Optional AI output and translations can be incorrect; review before saving or using them. Manual entry remains available. Feature availability may depend on your device, network, language packs and configured providers. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security or legal reasons and will communicate material terms changes before requiring acceptance.
Recipe Buddy Pro
Pro is offered at €9.99 per month or €99.99 per year in euro-priced regions. The full localized charge, billing period and applicable taxes are disclosed by Google Play before purchase. Pro includes AI Voice Chef, ingredient-photo recognition and roast refreshes. One recipe roast and basic cooking tools remain free. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in Google Play; cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Restore purchases using the same Recipe Buddy and Google Play accounts. AI usage limits and provider availability apply; no unlimited usage is promised. Do not purchase until checkout is available. Google Play handles payments and applicable refund requests; contact support for access problems. Account deletion does not cancel the subscription; cancel in Google Play before deletion. Mandatory withdrawal and consumer rights remain applicable.
Your rights
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. French law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence; consumers keep their right to use a competent court.
